Richard has over 15 years of Audit, Tax and Accounting service experience in the mining, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, natural resources, government institutions, N.G.O as well as the financial sectors with Ernst & Young, FORE AG and WTS Nobisfields Consulting. Richard was a Partner at WTS Nobisfields where he trained the staff and developed the tax practices of the firm which helped the firm to compete well with the big 4.

As consultant, Richard has served in the position of Director, Account Supervisor, and Group CFO for many clients.

Richard has been in charge of the Accounting, Tax and Audit of financial statements, immigration services, corporate registrations, setting up of accounting operation and financial reporting of firms, writing of accounting manuals, setting up of salary structure, implementation of accounting and payroll software, and others. Richard has rich experience in Tax Advisory, Tax Health Checks, representing clients on GRA Tax Audit, Tax Audit Controversy/Objections, and Compliance.

Richard has been responsible for preparation of financial statements, periodic management accounts and management relationship with auditors during audit. Richard is an accredited Data Protection trainer and have trained management members of various corporate bodies on data protection laws and Data Protection Supervisor Certification program in Ghana.

Richard has relied on his rich years of diverse experience in tax, accounting and audit to lead a team of developers to develop a comprehensive Tax Compliance and Audit tool/software which is being used by multinationals to simplify their tax compliance experience.

Richard is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts, Ghana (ICAG) and Qualified Chartered Tax Professional – Chartered Institute of Taxation (CITG).
